Open Gym is from 8:00 a.m. - 8:25 a.m. Monday/Wednesday Boys, Tuesday/Thursday Girls, Friday Reward Open Gym
1st Period Blue and White days serve 6th grade students. 8:37 a.m. - 9:54 a.m. Students are encouraged to dress out.
During 3rd Period Blue/White Days PE days we serve 6th grade students 9:54 a.m. - 11:14 a.m. Students are encouraged to dress out.
4th Period Blue and White days is lunch and conference period. 11:14 a.m. to 1:14 p.m. Coaches have lunch duty at this time.
5th Period Blue and White days serve 5th grade students.. 1:18 p.m. - 2: 08 p.m.
6th Period Blue/White days serves 5th grade students. 2:12 p.m. - 3:02 p.m.
7th period Blue/White days serves 5th grade students. 3:06 p.m. - 3:56 p.m.
PE teachers have traffic duty after school 4:00 p.m. - 4:25 p.m. If you need to meet a PE teacher please call or email to make appointment.
After school during certain times of the year PE teachers offer Sport lessons from Football, Basketball, Soccer and Volleyball after school from 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Students will be sent home with flyers when announced.

Fuel Up to Play 60 is a program to help students stay in shape and eat healthy. With help from the NFL and Dairy Farmers of America we can create a healthier Milstead MS community.
